Kundalini

I hold a 300-hour YTT Certification in Traditional Eastern Kundalini. My studies were rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali and included a systematic education in the ancient techniques of Kundalini Tantra, Yoga, and Kriya.

Meditation

I hold a 300-hour YTT Certification in Meditation. My lessons focused on traditional chanting, pranayamas, mudras, and dedicated practice to focus and deepen meditations.

Pranayama

I am a certified Integrated Breathwork and Pranayama Facilitator. I trained in incorporating breath with movement and meditation for therapeutic applications and spiritual access. As well as Holotropic and Rebirthing Breathwork.

"One should not teach that which they have not experienced for themselves."

This was the first rule that we learned in Kundalini teacher training. Unfortunately, I have not yet experienced a healthy way to engage with monetizing spirituality. Yoga is one of the many mechanisms that hold the keys to our birthright. Everyone should be allowed the tools and guidance to explore their inner workings. I do not wish to commodify sacred practices or coerce and exploit what is a profound act of self-empowerment. Spirituality is a personal, transformative process that requires great dedication and effort. For now, I choose to simply honor that journey rather than oversimplify it for profit. I sincerely hope to define a healthy way of serving and teaching soon.
